3 CLASSES/WEEK
For development level athletes. Designed for those who understand the basics and are ready to be introduced to higher levels of competition. Athletes are taught progressive skills and drills as well as competition strategies as they build on practice habits and skill development.

2 CLASSES/WEEK
For basic level athletes. Designed for development of the fundamentals and to develop habits for long-term success. Athletes will progress from the fundamental skills & technique taught and continue to build toward an advanced level of learning.
